30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase from Chandel Jewelers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• In the original packaging with all tags and certificates intact
• Unworn, unused, and free of any damage or alterations
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• Earrings for pierced ears (unless defective)
• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number
2. Securely package the item in its original packaging
3. Include the completed return form (if available) and proof of purchase
4. Ship the package to the address provided with your return authorization

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable jewelry items.

Damaged or Defective Items
