Order Processing Time
All orders placed through Chandel Jewelers are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note this processing period does not include shipping time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard Shipping: 5-20 business days delivery time
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Restrictions
For security reasons, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding companies. A signature may be required for delivery of high-value items.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Chandel Jewelers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customers.
Damaged or Lost Packages
